  • 5Keep accurate quality records and data, ensuring smooth flow of information to leadership and customers.
  • 6Prepare for and support customer and regulatory audits at each plant, targeting superior scores.
  • 7Drive root cause investigations, risk assessments, and corrective actions, then verify fixes through trending.
  • 8Report quality metrics to supervisors and managers weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.

Requirements5

  • 12+ years in food safety, quality assurance, or related manufacturing experience.
  • 2Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • 4Knowledge of HACCP principles and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • 5Familiarity with food quality testing methods and safety protocols.
