Food Runner Busser, Movie Theater Concessions and Service
Overview
Own the guest experience by delivering timely food and beverage service in a high energy cinema setting. Work with a collaborative team to provide outstanding concessions, merchandise, and ticketing support. This role emphasizes physical activity, guest interaction, and maintaining theater cleanliness. What You'll Do9
- 1Build guest relationships by answering questions and addressing concerns with professionalism
- 2Design and communicate movie tickets, menu specials, and upsell RoadHouse merchandise
- 3Deliver concessions items including popcorn, candy, milkshakes, drinks, and desserts to assigned tables
- 4Provide beverage service and drink expo through accurate delivery and presentation
- 5Ship food and beverages from kitchen to tables with attention to timing and accuracy
- 6Keep theaters clean and organized through pre-bus duties and ongoing housekeeping tasks
- 7Drive efficiency by completing side-work and contributing to a smooth shift flow
- 8Support weekend, night, and holiday operations to ensure guest satisfaction
- 9Collaborate with team to execute a consistent, high-quality guest experience
Requirements5
- 1Must obtain Title 4 certification and Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire
- 2Must be 19 years of age or older
- 3Must have reliable transportation
- 4Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays
- 5No prior experience required with training provided
