Concessionist Box Office, Theater Food Service & Bar Experience
Overview
Own guest interactions and sales at RoadHouse Cinemas with a focus on ticketing, concessions, and merchandise in a high-volume theater. You will support daily operations on site in Scottsdale, collaborating with a team to ensure a smooth guest experience from first contact through service completion. This role offers hands-on exposure to a full bar and cinema environment, with opportunities to see new releases before guests. What You'll Do5
- 1Build guest rapport by answering phones and addressing questions with accuracy and courtesy
- 2Sell movie tickets and merchandise while communicating specials and promotions pos systems to guests
- 3Prepare and serve concessions items including popcorn, candy, milkshakes, desserts, fountain drinks, coffee beverages, and all other menu offerings
- 4Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and concessions to assigned tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- 5Pre-bus and maintain cleanliness of theaters, assist with side-work and station upkeep
Requirements5
- 1Must obtain Title 4/eTips certification and Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire
- 2No previous experience necessary
- 3Barista experience a plus
- 4Basic math skills required
- 5Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
