Overview
Design and sell complete functional aesthetic solutions while supporting store operations. Greet customers and manage appointments, collaborate with leadership, and stay updated on design trends. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet store customers and support design walk-in needs
- 2Schedule appointments and develop clientele through networking and referrals
- 3Provide tile wood stone accessory advice for residential and commercial projects
- 4Manage multiple simultaneous customer projects with accuracy and timeliness
- 5Use communication tools and emails consistently
- 6Collaborate with leadership to manage projects from inquiry to installation
- 7Support company initiatives and coach best practices
- 8Stay current with emerging design trends in the market
Requirements8
- 1Minimum one year interior design experience or prior retail/sales experience
- 2Degree in Design is a plus
- 3Proficiency in hard surface flooring
- 4Basic mathematical skills
- 5Self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- 6Excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills
- 7Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite
- 8Internal candidates must have twelve months design consultant experience
