What You'll Do7
- 1Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance procedures including stripping refinishing burnishing
- 2Utilize equipment for large area floor cleaning following proper carpet protocols
- 3Operate floor care equipment as assigned
- 4Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types
- 5Disinfect floor care equipment after each use
- 6Follow safety procedures and adhere to all safety precautions
- 7Mix and use cleaning solutions safely adhering to precautions
Requirements7
- 1Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred
- 2Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques
- 3Ability to follow safety procedures due to physical risks
- 4Must lift carry push pull up to 50 lbs
- 5Availability for varied shift schedules including nights
- 6Willingness to perform all duties without supervision
- 7Pass a criminal background check
