Strategic Director of Accounting leading accounting operations across a growing multi-brand healthcare services platform in New York. You will lead the Finance & Accounting function for the Compensation Rating & Inspection Bureau, owning budgets, audits, and financial reporting at a statewide scale. You will supervise a team of accountants while personally preparing complex journal entries and reconciliations in Microsoft Excel and financial systems. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on technical accounting, reporting directly to the Associate Executive Director. As a working manager, you will shape departmental procedures and internal controls while driving the annual audit and budget cycle.

Report to the Executive Director, lead the Finance & Accounting team through the Director of F&A, and serve as the primary advisor to the Board. You own the business office at Country Arch Care Center, a 200+ bed skilled nursing facility in New York, directing financial, administrative, and HR operations. Own the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial information across Vivie and its affiliates as Senior Director of Finance. Lead financial stewardship, accounting oversight, reporting, revenue cycle, audit compliance, internal controls, data integrity, KPI governance, and finance team leadership. Partner with Revenue Cycle, Accounting, Treasury, Payroll, Operations, and executive leaders to strengthen processes and support budget accountability. Direct Revenue Cycle performance, ensuring strong cash flow and accurate reimbursement. Mentor a finance team while driving accountability and innovation in a mission-driven care environment.
