What You'll Do15
- 1Lead accounting operations and financial reporting across multiple entities and brands
- 2Own monthly quarterly and annual close processes including calendar management journal entries accruals and reconciliations
- 3Ensure reporting accuracy timeliness completeness and compliance with US GAAP and internal policies
- 4Maintain balance sheet integrity through disciplined reconciliations reviews and documentation
- 5Develop and maintain accounting policies procedures and workflows for consistent reporting
- 6Lead annual external audits coordinate audit requests prepare schedules and serve as primary liaison with external auditors
- 7Strengthen internal controls approval workflows financial governance and compliance practices
- 8Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes reduce manual work improve reporting accuracy and increase scalability
- 9Lead accounting automation ERP optimization and financial systems improvement initiatives
- 10Standardize procedures reporting packages and documentation across entities and brands
- 11Develop mentor and retain high-performing accounting team fostering accountability accuracy service and continuous improvement
- 12Establish clear roles ownership timelines and performance expectations across the accounting function
- 13Partner with Finance Operations IT Payroll and Revenue Cycle Management to support strategic initiatives
- 14Support integration of new entities brands or acquisitions as the New York platform grows
- 15Translate accounting insights into practical recommendations that support business decisions and operational excellence
Requirements13
- 1Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field required CPA strongly preferred
- 28-10+ years of progressive accounting experience including at least 5 years in people leadership roles
- 3Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP financial reporting general ledger accounting and audit management
- 4Proven experience leading month-end quarter-end and year-end close processes
- 5Demonstrated ability to strengthen internal controls improve accounting policies and enhance financial governance
- 6Experience leading external audits and managing auditor relationships
- 7Track record of improving accounting processes through automation systems optimization and workflow redesign
- 8Experience managing teams in multi-entity multi-location or multi-brand environments
- 9Strong analytical communication problem-solving and executive business partnering skills
- 10Fluent Mandarin speaker
- 11Preferred industry experience in Healthcare home care RCM payroll-heavy or regulated services
- 12ERP implementation system migration or financial systems optimization experience
- 13Experience supporting acquisitions entity integrations or rapid organizational growth
