Overview

Own the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial information across Vivie and its affiliates as Senior Director of Finance. Lead financial stewardship, accounting oversight, reporting, revenue cycle, audit compliance, internal controls, data integrity, KPI governance, and finance team leadership. Partner with Revenue Cycle, Accounting, Treasury, Payroll, Operations, and executive leaders to strengthen processes and support budget accountability. Direct Revenue Cycle performance, ensuring strong cash flow and accurate reimbursement. Mentor a finance team while driving accountability and innovation in a mission-driven care environment.

What You'll Do6

  • 1Oversee preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with accounting standards, managing system interfaces for executive and Board reporting.
  • 2Direct audits, Medicare and Medicaid cost reports, and tax filings for all affiliates, enforcing financial regulation compliance and internal controls including segregation of duties.
  • 3Ensure financial and operational KPIs are consistently defined and reliable, using them to drive accountability for financial results.
  • 4Lead Revenue Cycle Managers and the revenue cycle function, including billing, collections, reimbursement, accounts receivable, cash application, payer compliance, and revenue integrity initiatives.
  • 5Drive revenue cycle operations to support strong cash flow, accurate reimbursement, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while fostering continuous performance improvement.
  • 6Mentor and develop the finance team, building succession strength, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement aligned with Vivie's mission and values.

Requirements8

  • 1Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 27+ years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience.
  • 3Long-term care experience preferred.
  • 4Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, case mix systems, and financial regulations.
  • 5Proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • 6Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
  • 7Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
  • 8Ability to read, write, and speak English for effective communication.
