Full Spectrum Staffing seeks a VP of Finance for its Phoenix office. The regional CFO leads finance operations across a large post-acute operator. This growth role supports a multi-site healthcare finance team and drives strategic financial decisions.
What You'll Do11
- 1Act as the finance seat operators actually call
- 2Own the day-to-day accounting function inside the Phoenix service center
- 3Close cycle through year end in line with GAAP and company standards
- 4Maintain a clean balance sheet and tight reconciliations within an internal control environment
- 5Grow and develop the Phoenix-based accounting and finance team
- 6Build forecasting models and define key metrics for multi-year planning
- 7Develop reporting dashboards showing reimbursement trends and labor costs
- 8Create financial models for acquisitions and partnership integrations
- 9Serve as the finance face to hospital districts and regulators
- 10Keep the portfolio audit ready for state and federal requirements
- 11Push automation and standardization across finance functions
Requirements11
- 110+ years leading finance and accounting in healthcare settings
- 2Direct operator-side experience in a healthcare organization
- 3Multi-site healthcare operator experience preferred
- 4Strong ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial operators
- 5Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with CPA preferred
- 6Advanced Excel skills required
- 7Workday Financials experience is a plus
- 8Hospital district relationship experience is a plus
- 9Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial growth environment
- 10Based in Phoenix or willing to relocate
- 11Completed criminal background screening
