What You'll Do9
- 1Clean stamp deburr grind chamfer etch and stamp products according to work orders and specifications
- 2Operate forklift and material handling equipment to transport supplies and components
- 3Setup and run stamping and finishing machinery including vibro‑etcher drill press and grinders
- 4Perform manual lifting and material movement to support production demands
- 5Maintain organized workstations and ensure safe material flow
- 6Record production data and submit accurate reports following company procedures
- 7Apply total quality concepts to improve process consistency
- 8Collaborate with team members to sustain positive work environment
- 9Drive continuous improvement initiatives through proactive problem solving
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience with CNC machining and manual finishing techniques
- 2AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification preferred
- 3Spark and Airflow proficiency demonstrated through hands‑on projects
- 4Strong mathematical skills for precise measurements and calculations
- 5Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in noisy environments
- 6High school diploma or GED equivalent combined with practical experience
- 7Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional teamwork
- 8Understanding of ISO quality standards and safety protocols
- 9Physical stamina to stand walk and use hands for extended periods
