What You'll Do9
- 1Execute deburring and surface finishing tasks to remove burrs and sharpen edges
- 2Read blueprints and technical drawings to interpret part requirements
- 3Maintain accurate time logs for all processed work orders
- 4Operate sanders buffers and polishing equipment to achieve desired finishes
- 5Perform quality inspections using conventional measuring tools
- 6Follow company blasting guidelines for consistent results
- 7Utilize pneumatic and mechanical tooling for material preparation
- 8Work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- 9Ensure compliance with technical specifications and tolerances
Requirements10
- 15+ years building precision machining and finishing processes
- 2ISO 9001:2015 certification preferred
- 3AWS Certified relevant experience beneficial
- 4Blast room operation proficiency required
- 5Conventional measuring tools knowledge essential
- 6Strong ability to follow detailed technical documentation
- 7Experience with CNC machining and deburring techniques
