What You'll Do11
- 1Assist in compilation of IFRS and US GAAP financial statements and reporting packages
- 2Develop processes to improve financial reporting practices
- 3Coordinate external audits for ENGIE North America and partnerships
- 4Compile and review financial statement packages for compliance
- 5Strengthen coordination of statutory audits through audit planning and timeline management
- 6Participate in drafting and reviewing financial statement footnotes
- 7Coordinate with multiple ENGIE teams to meet audit deadlines
- 8Research and resolve financial reporting issues independently
- 9Manage internal partnership activities and gather data for business units
- 10Coordinate integration of new acquisitions into audit processes
- 11Provide analysis and recommendations for productivity initiatives
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with CPA certification or in progress
- 2Minimum five years of experience in external audit or financial reporting
- 3Public accounting or Big 4 audit experience preferred
- 4Energy sector planning and analysis experience preferred
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel
- 6Experience with SAP S4 HANA and Adaptive Insight preferred
- 7Strong IFRS and US GAAP technical knowledge
- 8Minimum five years of accounting for tax equity partnerships
- 9Internal management reporting experience preferred
- 10Ability to work effectively with external auditors
- 11Hybrid work policy eligibility
