Overview

Lead day-to-day collection and accounts receivable activities supporting ENGIE North America cash flow objectives and customer portfolio management. Oversee collection strategies monitor delinquent accounts and aging balances drive timely dispute resolution and partner with cross-functional teams to reduce outstanding receivables and mitigate credit risk.

Requirements9

  • 1Bachelor degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration Economics or related field
  • 2Minimum five years progressive experience in accounts receivable credit collections or cash management
  • 3Proven experience leading supervising or managing employees and teams
  • 4Demonstrated experience managing collection activities delinquent accounts aging balances and customer payment recovery
  • 5Knowledge of analyzing accounts receivable performance metrics and improving collection results
  • 6Experience partnering with Finance Billing Customer Operations Credit and Legal teams to resolve account issues
  • 7Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise financial systems for data analysis and reporting
  • 8Ability to communicate effectively with customers team members and business leaders regarding collection strategies
  • 9Capacity to manage multiple priorities make data-driven decisions in fast-paced environment
