What You'll Do11
- 1Maintain oversight for diverse financial and administrative activities across complex projects
- 2Ensure integrity of general ledger and all accounting systems
- 3Assist in month-end quarter-end and year-end closing processes including accruals and ASC606 revenue recognition
- 4Analyze and review monthly financial results to provide actionable intelligence
- 5Maintain accurate reporting while ensuring internal controls and SOX compliance
- 6Partner with non-accounting teams on AR reviews cash monitoring and forecasting
- 7Research accounting issues for GAAP compliance and interpret contract documents related to billing
- 8Communicate with accounting staff globally to coordinate intercompany matters and reconciliations
- 9Work with LER team to rationalize entities within the group
- 10Drive optimization of financial operations to streamline processes
- 11Lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary barriers
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with 9+ years progressive experience and CPA certification
- 2Percentage-of-completion accounting experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 3Proficiency in SAP Oracle EPM and Workiva systems
- 4Experience with decarbonization energy transition sustainability practices
- 5Demonstrated leadership abilities with a collaborative team-oriented approach
- 6Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to multitask under pressure
- 7Preferred experience with Big Four public accounting background
- 8Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
