Financial Coordinator, Power System Support
Overview
Eaton’s Engineering Service & Systems Division seeks a Financial Coordinator to manage purchase orders and coordinate with contracts. Responsibilities include reconciling orders and supporting District Operations Manager with risk analysis. This role differs by focusing on power system optimization and field service support.
What You'll Do11
- 1Acknowledge all purchase orders and obtain insurance certificates
- 2Communicate with Contracts for legal review
- 3Reconcile purchase orders and BidMan orders
- 4Confirm labor and material costs via Oracle Project Costing
- 5Assist with Risk Review and Forecasting Analysis
- 6Provide customer support and build relationships
- 7Follow up on emergency quotes and field repairs
- 8Maintain order tracking and cost reconciliation
- 9Act as Buyer using Oracle Purchasing and Vista Interunit Orders
- 10Schedule field service personnel for optimal cost and training
- 11Organize documentation for office management and shipping
Requirements5
- 12+ years experience with cost accounting
- 2Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance Accounting Management or Engineering
- 3Knowledge of power distribution and control products
- 4Field service practices and procedures
- 5Experience with Oracle Project Costing and Oracle Purchasing
