- 1Install inspect troubleshoot and calibrate biomedical equipment at customer sites
- 2Perform preventive maintenance or service
- 3Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and upgrade equipment
- 4Update field service database and collaborate with Customer Service
- 5Maintain service documentation and improve servicing procedures
- 6Monitor customer success factors and provide recommendations
- 7Collaborate with R&D Manufacturing QA Sales Clinical and Marketing teams
- 8Provide remote technical support to customers and field personnel
- 9Comply with federal state and local regulations
- 10Complete vendor credentialing requirements
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 23+ years of medical device field service experience
- 3Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 4Strong customer service and client interaction abilities
- 5Proficiency in operation monitoring and quality control analysis
- 6Complex problem solving and critical thinking capabilities
- 7Ability to write clear instructions and present information effectively
- 8Global communication skills for diverse audiences
