What You'll Do11
- 1Maintain professional knowledge and safety consciousness per VMS guidelines
- 2Provide highly visible customer support for system operation
- 3Serve as company liaison for technical and administrative matters
- 4Perform operational quality checks and scheduled maintenance
- 5Deliver detailed field service reports and complete assignments promptly
- 6Finish mandatory training and certifications to maintain FDA compliance
- 7Become proficient in internal software applications like Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Salesforce, Siemens PLC GUI, and Varian Treatment Control
- 8Support other field service roles such as Site Safety Coordinator or Radiation Safety Coordinator
- 9Meet vendor credentialing requirements for client site access
- 10Work flexible shift schedules including compressed schedules and rotating weekends
- 11Travel up to 30% to client locations
Requirements10
- 1Associate’s degree in Engineering Technologies or 2 years military/high tech experience
- 2Fluency in English written and spoken
- 3Customer focused attitude and ability to troubleshoot using technical drawings
- 4Intermediate knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and soldering tools
- 5Previous high-tech industry or military technical support experience
- 6Live near Baltimore or be willing to relocate
- 7Ability to work at heights above 20 feet or in cramped spaces
- 8Desired knowledge of computer and network systems
- 9Fundamental knowledge of industrial robotics and PLC controls
- 10Candidate must reside within proximity or accept relocation to Baltimore
