Own hands-on maintenance across mechanical electrical facilities serving critical infrastructure. You will support UPS, generator, BESS, HVAC, and cooling systems at solar, data centers, and telecom sites at scale. Work location is onsite in Phoenix with 100% travel contributing to long-term career paths in solar, storage, and critical power systems. This role offers hands-on training and progression into specialized technical tracks.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and repair mechanical electrical equipment at commercial sites and warehouses
  • 2Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs safely and efficiently to maximize uptime
  • 3Assist preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime
  • 4Install and maintain conduit, cable trays, brackets, and supports
  • 5Support field operations including fleet, shop, and warehouse activities
  • 6Assist experienced technicians at solar and battery storage sites
  • 7Operate hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment
  • 8Document completed work and follow safety procedures
  • 9Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • 10Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements5

  • 11 year of experience in maintenance construction automotive manufacturing industrial or related field preferred
  • 2willingness to travel up to 100% following Pearce's 6 weeks on 1 week off rotational schedule
  • 3ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • 4ability to climb ladders and work at heights of 6 30 feet
  • 5physical ability to perform manual tasks and operate hand and power tools
