What You'll Do9

- 2Review policy coverage forms and determine claim validity based on established guidelines
- 3Inspect and document property damage using photographic evidence and detailed sketches
- 4Utilize software tools to assess loss value and establish appropriate claim reserves
- 5Communicate claim outcomes verbally and in writing while maintaining professional documentation
- 6Assist with catastrophe operations and support policyholder needs during emergencies
- 7Participate in training initiatives and claim resolution roundtables
- 8Prepare reservation of rights letters and denial documentation
- 9Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex insurance matters
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with additional experience required
- 2Minimum 2 years field experience with insurance carriers
- 3Proficiency in Xactimate software
- 4Strong communication and organizational abilities
- 5Basic computer literacy and ability to follow instructions
- 6Valid insurance license and adherence to state regulations
