What You'll Do11

  • 5Prepare litigation reports for management and Home Office
  • 6Communicate with policyholders witnesses and attorneys regarding claim status
  • 7Maintain accurate reserves and recommend increases beyond authority
  • 8Safeguard confidential financial information across claim files
  • 9Oversee billing practices for external and in‑house counsel
  • 10Mentor colleagues or act as resource during team manager absence
  • 11Participate in leadership directed special projects

Requirements10

  • 15+ years managing complex litigated casualty claims
  • 2Expertise handling severe catastrophic injuries and fatalities
  • 3Strong analytical thinking negotiation skills and sound judgment
  • 4Ability to thrive in fast‑paced high‑stakes environment
  • 5Professionalism empathy and exceptional communication skills
  • 6Experience working within 50 miles of hub locations in Arizona New York Ohio Indiana Florida Georgia Illinois Massachusetts
  • 7Current FL or TX All‑Lines Adjuster License
  • 8Bachelor degree or equivalent experience plus 7 years direct adjuster experience
  • 9Knowledge of state and federal laws relevant to casualty claims
  • 10Proficiency in claims operations procedures and filing systems
