Overview
Entry level position supporting Auto Claims Operation at ACSC Management Services Inc in Los Angeles California. Provide service pursuant to policy handling material damage property damage and liability lines of insurance written by the Interinsurance Exchange while complying with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
What You'll Do4
- 1Communicate and interact with a variety of individuals including insureds and claimants while verifying and explaining benefits coverages fault and claims process verbally or in writing to comply with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- 2Conduct investigations to determine liability and damages differentiate between allegations and facts and identify obtain statements from insureds claimants and witnesses.
- 3Evaluate and negotiate within settlement authority to resolve first and third party claims across multiple markets demonstrating proficiency with estimate review material damage liability analysis claims technology and tool usage.
- 4Coordinate with internal and external departments as required respond quickly to customer needs and inquiries and work overtime and holiday hours when necessary.
Requirements3
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Property and Casualty Insurance License valid in selling state issued by State
- 3Adjuster license as applicable in accordance with state law within 60 Days
