Lead a team of Feature Systems Engineers within the Enclosures domain, driving technical strategy and talent development to deliver next-generation Power Enclosure systems. This leadership role combines systems engineering expertise with people management, focusing on delivering robust technical solutions aligned with cost quality and safety targets.

- 5Guide systems architecture and development using Model Based Systems Engineering and Python C++
- 6Oversee end-to-end feature development and cybersecurity assessments
- 7Review designs to identify cost and quality improvements
- 8Interact with product teams to negotiate balanced solutions to requirements
- 9Lead trade-off discussions and represent Enclosures domain in decisions
- 10Communicate complex systems issues clearly to engineering peers and leadership
- 11Apply data analytics to understand customer needs and inform priorities
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 25+ years Systems Engineering experience preferring automotive domain
- 3Prior leadership or informal direction of engineers
- 4Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems and networking
- 5Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional teams on software and CAN communication
- 6Master's degree preferred in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 73+ years software engineering experience
- 8Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering practices
- 9Familiarity with Python C++ and requirement tools like Gherkin
- 10Ability to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
