Requirements7
- 1Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine plus Pediatrics
- 2Board certification or eligibility with active state license and DEA preferred
- 3CPR/BLS certification required at start date
- 4Philosophical alignment with Marathon's patient centric care philosophy
- 5Minimum 5+ years of primary care experience
- 6Proven track record of leading large patient panels
- 7Strong understanding of capitated fee structures and value based care
