What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain electronic health records using Epic and Cerner platforms
- 2Design clinical workflows that improve patient throughput and satisfaction
- 3Lead a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff
- 4Ship new initiatives that enhance diagnostic accuracy and treatment outcomes
- 5Drive quality improvement projects aligned with ACGME standards
- 6Collaborate with Hospital Administration to align care delivery with organizational goals
- 7Debug technical issues affecting clinical documentation systems
- 8Drive revenue growth through effective patient acquisition strategies
- 9Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and privacy policies
Requirements5
- 15+ years experience as a board certified family physician
- 23-5 seasons leading clinical teams
- 3Certified in Internal Medicine
- 4Proficiency with Epic and Cerner systems
- 5Strong communication and leadership abilities
