The Medical Assistant will own patient visits and procedures at our community clinic while collaborating with a skilled team. This full-time facility role supports a network of physicians across Indianapolis delivering compassionate care.
What You'll Do8
- 1Design Build and maintain clean exam rooms and treatment areas
- 2Prepare and process point of care testing based on patient needs
- 3Obtain vital signs EKGs and collect specimens
- 4Document care using the EPIC EMR system
- 5Ship medications and coordinate refills
- 6Lead quality improvement initiatives within the patient support department
- 7Drive operational efficiency during variable day shifts
- 8Maintain positive relationships with patients providers and staff
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading healthcare administrative teams
- 3High School Diploma or GED plus one year medical assisting experience
- 4CPC Card certification required within six months of hire
- 5AWS Certified cloud fundamentals preferred
- 6BCBA certification optional but valued
