What You'll Do11

  • 7Manage AEP procurement documentation for contracts
  • 8Provide communication regarding office moves and remodels
  • 9Supervise small to medium capital projects including construction and remodels
  • 10Apply environmental safety policies for asbestos and lead management
  • 11Update and maintain project documentation including cost estimates and schedules

Requirements8

  • 1Associate's degree in engineering facilities business architecture or related field or High School Diploma/GED with 2 years relevant experience
  • 25 years facilities operations or space planning experience
  • 3Valid state driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • 4Travel 10-25% of time with approximately 20% overnight travel
  • 5Excellent written verbal communication skills
  • 6Basic understanding of electricity and HVAC systems
  • 7Strong Microsoft Office proficiency including PowerPoint Excel Word
  • 8Working knowledge of AutoCAD and building design principles
