Construction Project Engineer Columbus Ohio
Overview
We seek a detail-oriented Construction Project Engineer to lead document control and project administration across all construction phases. This role drives comprehensive oversight from preconstruction through close-out while supporting business development initiatives.
What You'll Do8
- 1Maintain and manage all plans specifications tracking logs shop drawings RFIs POs proposals RFQs
- 2Manage cost-tracking databases establish project scopes and coordinate daily management tasks with Project Manager
- 3Assist with trade bid solicitation and monitor scope changes for compliance and pricing
- 4Process field change orders RFPs and RFIs
- 5Participate and present at OAC and contractor weekly progress meetings
- 6Track checklists collect operations manuals and prepare submit as-built drawings
- 7Contribute to RFP/RFQ responses during project interviews
- 8Support project safety policies and report violations to Project Superintendent
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of relevant experience
- 35+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 42–4 years related experience training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills proficiency in Procore
- 6Strong writing skills for reports/responses and ability to interpret technical journals and legal documents
- 7Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Salary Insight
$70 - $80k per year
