What You'll Do10
- 1Drive maintenance tasks and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general upkeep to keep clubhouse facilities in top condition
- 2Forecast clubhouse repair expenses and report insights to the General Manager to support budgeting and financial planning
- 3Oversee equipment maintenance and operation of mechanical assets used for facility upkeep to maximize uptime
- 4Ensure health and safety compliance and respond to emergencies after hours to protect guests and staff
- 5Manage contracts for outsourced maintenance services and coordinate with vendors to maintain service levels
- 6Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, restrooms, offices, and storage spaces
- 7Perform routine cleaning, painting, power washing, and general repairs to preserve facility aesthetics and functionality
- 8Complete daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly task lists to sustain consistent operations
- 9Protect assets of Tatum Ranch and ensure adherence to health department regulations
- 10Assist with landscaping, groundskeeping, and other duties as assigned by management

- 1proven experience in facilities maintenance or operations management in a hospitality or club setting
