What You'll Do16
- 1Oversee preventative maintenance programs across multiple restaurant properties
- 2Perform and coordinate repairs involving HVAC plumbing electrical mechanical systems carpentry painting and general building maintenance
- 3Maintain dining rooms kitchens public spaces back-of-house areas and exterior grounds to exceptional standards
- 4Manage relationships with outside vendors and contractors ensuring quality workmanship and timely project completion
- 5Conduct routine inspections to maintain compliance with safety health and building regulations
- 6Develop and manage maintenance budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities
- 7Monitor energy usage and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- 8Partner with operations leadership to quickly resolve maintenance issues and support daily business needs
- 9Respond to emergency maintenance situations when required
- 10Minimum 2 years of facilities or property maintenance leadership experience
- 11Strong working knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical mechanical systems and general building maintenance
- 12Hands-on repair and troubleshooting skills
- 13Experience managing vendors and maintenance contractors
- 14Strong organizational communication and time management skills
- 15Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- 16Willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
