What You'll Do11
- 1Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and laboratory equipment using CMMS
- 2Maintain accurate documentation of work performed in electronic and written forms
- 3Respond to facility service requests promptly and professionally
- 4Conduct routine inspections of building systems including HVAC plumbing and electrical components
- 5Support laboratory equipment and critical utility systems including temperature units and compressed gases
- 6Escort and coordinate vendors and contractors for maintenance and construction activities
- 7Participate in annual shutdowns and after-hours emergency response as needed
- 8Assist with equipment moves and facility setup activities
- 9Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work environment
- 10Interact professionally with employees vendors and visitors
- 11Manage mechanical spaces and storage areas in a safe condition
Requirements11
- 15+ years of facilities maintenance experience
- 2Trade license or certification in HVAC refrigeration electrical plumbing
- 3Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical environments preferred
- 4Ability to work in a regulated laboratory setting
- 5Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and SOPs
- 6Physical stamina to lift 50lbs and perform manual tasks
- 7Valid WA state driver's license
- 8Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- 9Excellent communication skills for documentation and team collaboration
- 10Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
- 11Reliability and professionalism in fast-paced environment
Salary Insight
$58 - $79k per year
