What You'll Do10
- 1Assist with patch and paint of offices and Lab interior walls as assigned
- 2Maintain and monitor all facilities equipment and amenities
- 3Repair and maintain onsite plumbing systems
- 4Oversee pest control program and change all HVAC filters
- 5Move furniture including office and employee relocations
- 6Coordinate vendor management and handle janitorial services
- 7Change light bulbs interior and exterior as needed
- 8Set up conference rooms and offices according to specifications
- 9Inspect and maintain outdoor property
- 10Participate in company events and support facility operations
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Valid driver's license
- 32 years of building facilities experience
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel Outlook
- 5Experience with HVAC equipment and carpentry skills
- 6Ability to work in regulated environments with potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens and chemicals
- 7Physical stamina to sit stand or work at a computer for extended periods
- 8Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- 9Commitment to safety and compliance training
