- 1Complete basic maintenance tasks assigned by Facility Manager with minimal oversight
- 2Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure efficient system operation
- 3Maintain accurate records of completed work and parts used
- 4Collaborate with facility users regarding maintenance needs and solutions
- 5Interface with contractors for projects and tasks as needed
- 6Maintain clean work environment addressing minor cleaning needs
- 7Respond promptly to work orders to minimize disruption
- 8May perform minor renovations or installations
- 9Follow safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- 10Assemble equipment and furniture using hand and power tools
- 11Read schematics and maintenance manuals to understand systems
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 1-2 years facilities experience or relevant technical training
- 2High school diploma preferred with technical courses
- 3Valid driver's license with clean record
- 4Background screening completion if applicable
- 5Ability to lift 50 pounds following OSHA standards
- 6Strong communication and teamwork skills
