What You'll Do7
- 1Perform general facility repairs, including fixing doors, walls, and plumbing issues
- 2Troubleshoot maintenance problems across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- 3Operate hand tools and power tools such as drills, wrenches, saws, and hammers to complete tasks
- 4Coordinate with supervisors, customers, and contractors to resolve maintenance requests
- 5Complete assigned tasks on schedule and inspect work for quality
- 6Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety procedures
- 7Wear required PPE and additional safety equipment as needed
Requirements10
- 11+ years of facility maintenance or similar experience
- 2Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools, including drills, wrenches, saws, and hammers
- 3Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- 4Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- 5Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- 6Reliable and able to work independently and with a team
- 7Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods
- 8Comfortable working in high-noise environments and outdoor conditions
- 9Willing to wear required PPE and safety equipment
- 10Pass a pre-employment drug screening
