- 1Design and execute assays to generate reliable data supporting therapeutic development programs
- 2Maintain sterile laboratory environments meeting inspection readiness criteria
- 3Document all procedures following Good Documentation Practices with precision
- 4Analyze raw data and produce comprehensive deviation reports with proper documentation
- 5Perform routine sample processing and instrument maintenance under supervisory guidance
- 6Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement standardized operating procedures
- 7Develop expertise in regulatory frameworks including GLP GCP and 21 CFR Part 11
- 8Support senior scientists in executing complex analytical protocols independently
- 9Ensure accurate record keeping for reagent preparation and waste management processes
- 10Contribute to process improvements that enhance laboratory efficiency and data integrity
- 11Train junior staff on standard laboratory techniques and safety protocols
- 12Assist in method validation and qualification activities across multiple assay platforms
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2BA/BS or higher degree in life sciences or related field
- 3Proficiency with Python for data analysis and automation scripts
- 4Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure for data storage and processing
- 5Familiarity with React for developing internal laboratory information systems
- 6Knowledge of Kubernetes for containerized application deployment
- 7Understanding of immunoassay methodologies and kit development
- 8Ability to work in highly regulated pharmaceutical research environments
- 9Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- 10Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- 11Commitment to maintaining strict quality control standards in clinical laboratories
