What You'll Do11
- 1Perform routine inspections and maintenance on manufacturing equipment HVAC electrical systems hydraulics and pneumatic systems using precision instruments and schematics
- 2Troubleshoot electrical diagnostics issues including low voltage high voltage components and electrical blueprint reading
- 3Utilize CMMS to schedule work orders document repairs and track maintenance history
- 4Conduct equipment troubleshooting and repair using industrial mechanic experience welding and mechanical knowledge
- 5Operate field service tools such as ammeters ohmmeters and scissor lifts safely
- 6Diagnose and resolve engineering problems related to electrical systems PLCs hydraulics and pneumatic controls
- 7Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support continuous operations perform equipment repairs promptly and ensure safety compliance
- 8Assist with installation of new machinery or upgrades by interpreting schematics and technical drawings
- 9Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities inspections and repairs
- 10Support customer service initiatives provide technical assistance during field service visits or client interactions
- 11Minimum 5 years experience working in manufacturing facility with strong industrial maintenance practices hands-on CMMS experience electrical diagnostics high voltage troubleshooting welding mechanical repair precision instrument use HVAC/R systems installation repair routine maintenance low voltage high voltage safety protocols strong customer service analysis skills for diagnosing complex issues
