Fabrication Specialist, Mechanical Assembly & Maintenance
Overview
H 2 O Innovation seeks a Fabrication Specialist to mechanically assemble pipes, equipment, and frames at our Ramsey MN plant on day shift. You will learn maintenance technician and millwright skills while supporting multiple projects with attention to detail and safety. This role blends hands-on fabrication with quality-focused workmanship in a people-oriented environment.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and assemble pipes, equipment, and valves to frame structures using fasteners up to 1” diameter and equipment up to 50 lbs
- 2Glue PVC pipe assemblies from ½” to 12” pipe diameter
- 3Measure cut drill and tap steel frames and PVC pipes
- 4Cut and thread stainless steel pipe to specification
- 5Maintain a clean orderly work area and follow safety regulations
- 6Respect project timelines and deliver quality products
- 7Handle multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy
- 8Use personal tools when provided and ensure proper maintenance of tools
- 9Collaborate with team and clients to meet fabrication needs

- 1Three years of related work experience
- 2Ability to read technical plans
- 3Personal tools is a plus but not required
- 4Ability to lift push or pull at least 50 lbs
- 5Strong organization and meticulous attention to detail
