What You'll Do7
- 1Set up and maintain shop machines for pipe fabrication
- 2Measure and record random pipe lengths accurately
- 3Cut pipe using band saw and torch while rolling grooving and beveling with Landis machines
- 4Move loose or bundled pipe from various locations within the yard
- 5Assemble pipe orders maintaining organized work supplies
- 6Follow safety protocols for fabrication cutting assembly and shipping
- 7Operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA guidelines
Requirements5
- 1Prior fabrication experience preferred but not required
- 2Strong math skills for inventory calculations
- 3Training in OSHA-compliant pipe cutting and threading
- 4Ability to stay results-focused in a fast-paced environment
