Overview
We seek an experienced Experience Coordinator to shape memorable events that reflect our brand. You will plan and execute internal and external showroom events while supporting brand storytelling and employee engagement. This role blends hospitality with operational excellence to drive impactful experiences.
What You'll Do11
- 1Plan and execute showroom events from intimate gatherings to large activations ensuring every detail aligns with brand vision
- 2Manage event logistics including invitations RSVPs hospitality arrangements and technical setups
- 3Collaborate with partners vendors and internal teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences
- 4Maintain a forward-looking storytelling calendar integrating employee events and client interactions
- 5Partner with Marketing to develop signage and collateral that enhances brand presence
- 6Coordinate with Concierge on day-to-day event execution
- 7Champion customer experience initiatives through content capture and multi-channel support
- 8Develop print and digital materials that reinforce brand identity
- 9Lead ESG program integration by repurposing materials and implementing sustainable practices
- 10Assist in onboarding new employees through guided peer events
- 11Support data collection for Net Zero commitments through event analytics
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in creative event or hospitality field or 1-2 years design marketing experience
- 2Proven interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse clients and team members
- 3Interest in interior design furniture or architecture industry
- 4Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office Adobe Creative Suite Canva and communication tools
- 6Experience with graphic design software for branding and marketing assets
- 7Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and BD teams
- 8Detail-oriented project manager with experience in fast-paced environments
- 9Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint Word Excel and collaboration platforms
- 10Commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences under tight deadlines
