- 2Senior management experience with conflict resolution accountability systems and change leadership
- 3Demonstrated financial acumen managing budgets overseeing financial operations and compliance
- 4Excellent written verbal and interpersonal skills engaging staff board members congregants donors and external partners
- 5Strong planning prioritization and execution abilities managing multiple workstreams
