Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Nonprofit Management Public Administration or related field
- 3At least 7 years progressive leadership experience nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
- 4Proven track record of successful strategic planning and organizational management
- 5Demonstrated experience in financial oversight including budgeting and fundraising
- 6Strong communication interpersonal skills experience engaging diverse stakeholders
- 7Experience working with owners and stakeholders
- 8Background in specific sector relevant to organization’s mission
- 9Proficiency in data analysis performance measurement tools
