Overview
We seek a dynamic Development Operations & CRM Administrator to lead donor and alumni database management. You will ensure data accuracy and support fundraising initiatives through strategic database oversight. This role drives impact by enhancing digital marketing and donor relationships.
What You'll Do11
- 1Manage donor and alumni databases using Salesforce and Raiser`s Edge ensuring data accuracy and security
- 2Support fundraising via proposal writing grant proposal development and major gift strategies
- 3Coordinate fundraising events handling logistics vendor negotiations and post-event follow-up
- 4Develop email campaigns with Constant Contact and Mailchimp to boost supporter engagement
- 5Cultivate donor relationships through personalized communication and public relations
- 6Create social media content and website updates for digital marketing
- 7Research prospective donors foundations and grants for strategic planning
- 8Assist budgeting for events campaigns and departmental activities tracking expenses
- 9Manage volunteer programs by recruiting scheduling and record keeping
- 10Conduct research on donation opportunities to inform fundraising initiatives
- 11Oversee volunteer coordination and relationship management
Requirements14
- 15+ years managing ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading development operations roles
- 3Salesforce certification required
- 4Raiser`s Edge proficiency needed
- 5Mailchimp or Constant Contact experience preferred
- 6Strong written communication skills for proposals and donor correspondence
- 7Excellent organizational abilities for multi-project management
- 8Nonprofit management principles knowledge including major gifts and planned giving
- 9Event planning experience from logistics to post-event analysis
- 10Vendor negotiation skills with positive relationship maintenance
