- 5Transcribe committee meetings and prepare detailed minutes
- 6Coordinate meeting logistics such as room booking, food ordering, and IT setup
- 7Prepare vendor payment requests and draft correspondence
- 8Interact with staff donors and executives while preserving confidentiality
- 9Assist with campaign initiatives when assigned additional duties
Requirements9
- 1B.A. preferred or 3+ years administrative experience supporting C‑suite leadership
