Overview

You will own executive operations for a $500M+ company with 1,500 employees across 13 states, working directly with the CEO. This role is not task-based: you will drive execution, manage priorities, and eliminate friction across leadership. You will coordinate communication among executive leadership, branch teams, and external partners, and plan corporate events and leadership meetings. You will also manage the monthly reporting cadence and ensure action items move to completion. What You'll Do8

  • 1Drive CEO priorities by tracking follow-ups and key initiatives across the organization.
  • 2Coordinate communication among executive leadership, branch teams, and external partners.
  • 3Plan and execute corporate events, leadership meetings, and company gatherings.
  • 4Support travel for the CEO and attend key events or meetings when needed.
  • 5Manage the monthly reporting cadence and ensure executive deliverables are completed on time.
  • 6Track action items from meetings and drive follow-through across teams.
  • 7Identify and implement process improvements to increase organizational effectiveness.
  • 8Take ownership of key initiatives and events within the first 90 days.

Requirements8

  • 13+ years supporting C-level executives in a high-growth environment.
  • 2Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel, and event logistics.
  • 3Strong project management skills with a track record of driving cross-functional follow-ups.
  • 4Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-level stakeholders.
  • 5Ability to handle ambiguity and make decisions without constant direction.
