What You'll Do10
- 1Own end-to-end calendar architecture for a Partner, handling rapid scheduling shifts and competing demands across internal and external meetings.
- 2Gatekeep strategic focus blocks by rigorously managing calendar requests, adapting to evolving daily priorities.
- 3Streamline scheduling workflows to cut turnaround times, ensuring a polished experience for clients and candidates.
- 4Filter and manage priority correspondence across Google Workspace and Slack, ensuring swift Partner visibility and response.
- 5Serve as the communication bridge between the Partner and internal search and knowledge management teams, realigning time priorities.
- 6Master RecruiterFlow to maintain flawless CRM data hygiene, logging interactions and mining pipeline, contact, and deal data.
- 7Drive proactive business development tracking and meeting prep, briefing the Partner with critical context before external touchpoints.
- 8Align with the Partner through weekly 1:1s, synchronizing on short- and long-term goals and daily priorities.
- 9Collaborate with the centralized EA team for seamless out-of-office coverage and Nashville office management support.
- 10Coordinate events, travel logistics, and admin support, using Rippling to process expense reports with zero errors.
Requirements8
- 15-7 years of progressive executive support experience, ideally in a professional services firm, agency, or consultancy.
- 2Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Rippling for HRIS and expense management.
- 3Absolute requirement to rapidly learn, navigate, and master RecruiterFlow (CRM) for data entry and mining.
- 4Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, firm but polished when interacting with high-profile clients and internal teams.
- 5Proven ability to manage complex calendars with zero conflicts and protect strategic focus time.
- 6Track record of flawless data integrity in CRM systems, with real-time entry and mining accuracy.
- 7Demonstrated experience in proactive task execution and anticipating executive needs without direction.
- 8Comfort with a lean team environment and willingness to handle hands-on operational tasks daily.
