What You'll Do10
- 1Build complex calendars for two General Partners and coordinate meetings across internal and external stakeholders
- 2Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel itineraries, logistics, and expense tracking
- 3Prepare meeting materials, manage documents, and ensure executives are organized and prepared
- 4Serve as a liaison with professionalism and discretion between executives and stakeholders
- 5Assist with personal tasks and household logistics to support executives’ work-life balance
- 6Support light office management and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations
- 7Anticipate needs proactively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced evolving environment
- 8Maintain flexibility to support occasional needs outside standard business hours
- 9Ensure materials and communications reflect brand and confidentiality standards

Requirements10
- 11–3 years of professional experience in administrative, hospitality, or related fields
- 2Bachelor’s degree required
- 3Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to read situations and respond appropriately
- 4Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- 5Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 7Comfortable supporting both professional and personal responsibilities
- 8Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and Zoom; openness to learning new tools including AI platforms
- 9Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- 10Based in San Francisco; access to a car preferred for travel between locations
