What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and manage a robust pipeline by prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry relationships to generate new business
  • 2Drive inbound inquiries from phone, email, website, social media, and referrals and convert to booked events
  • 3Lead venue tours and sales presentations for prospective clients with a focus on closing
  • 4Develop and maintain relationships with event planners, corporate clients, nonprofits, and referral partners
  • 5Attend networking events, bridal shows, community events, and industry functions to promote company brands
  • 6Identify opportunities to increase food, beverage, rental, and ancillary revenue through strategic selling
  • 7Achieve individual sales goals and maintain accurate forecasting
  • 8Deliver a high-touch client experience and ensure smooth handoff to operations
  • 9Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare proposals, contracts, estimates, and event documentation
  • 10Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless execution from sale to event delivery

Requirements7

  • 1Minimum 3 years of sales experience
  • 2Hospitality, venue, catering, hotel, wedding, luxury retail, or event industry experience preferred
  • 3Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • 4Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • 5Highly organized with excellent follow-through
  • 6Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and attend events as required
  • 7Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
