Fooda seeks a full time Event Coordinator to support local restaurant popups in Ohio. Responsibilities include onsite setup cleaning and troubleshooting POS systems while ensuring high quality customer experiences.
What You'll Do9
- 1Support Fooda events by setting up and breaking down locations
- 2Manage equipment and site area cleanliness
- 3Solve problems like incorrect orders and late deliveries
- 4Troubleshoot POS and TV menu board technical issues
- 5Conduct onsite promotions and mobile app coaching
- 6Provide real time customer service to resolve issues
- 7Facilitate audits of restaurant setups for consistency
- 8Escalate matters to Operations Manager as needed
- 9Work critical hours lunchtime shifts Monday Friday
Requirements10
- 15+ years hospitality or events experience
- 23-5 seasons working in fast paced environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified cloud fundamentals knowledge
- 5React framework proficiency
- 6Kubernetes container orchestration skills
- 7Python programming language expertise
- 8Spark big data processing experience
- 9Airflow workflow automation background
- 10Fooda technology platform familiarity required
