- 1Develop comprehensive project plans including scopes of work budgets and schedules aligned with RS Means estimating standards
- 2Oversee labor material procurement and subcontractor selection ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control
- 3Maintain highest quality standards and compliance with federal government regulations throughout all project phases
- 4Create and manage production schedules monitor progress and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery
- 5Foster clear communication with government agencies subcontractors and project teams
- 6Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep project on track and within budget
- 7Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on construction sites
- 8Drive RS Means estimating processes and construction management practices

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification
- 3AWS Certified
- 45+ years managing labor material and subcontractor operations
- 53-5 seasons leading complex projects
- 6Expertise in RS Means estimating software and construction management tools
- 7Strong knowledge of labor material and subcontractor management
- 8Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- 9Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- 10Familiarity with federal government regulations and compliance standards
- 11Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
