What You'll Do7
- 1Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs and cost estimates for concrete projects
- 2Review drawings specifications and contract documents
- 3Solicit and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing
- 4Assist with budgeting value engineering and bid preparation
- 5Support bid submissions and preconstruction meetings
- 6Work closely with project management and operations during handover
- 7Build and maintain relationships with clients suppliers and partners
Requirements6
- 12+ years estimating experience in concrete construction
- 2Experience estimating structural site or commercial concrete projects
- 3Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
- 4Strong communication and organizational skills
- 5Proficiency with estimating software Microsoft Office
- 6Bilingual English Spanish
