What You'll Do9
- 1Read and interpret architectural plans specifications and scopes of work to identify bid opportunities
- 2Define project scope and ensure proposed work aligns with specifications and industry standards
- 3Perform material takeoffs and develop accurate estimates including labor materials equipment and other costs
- 4Develop cost estimates for storefront systems interior doors glass walls tenant improvements and service work
- 5Obtain evaluate pricing from approved vendors to support accurate estimates
- 6Collaborate with customers vendors and field teams to clarify requirements refine scope and resolve discrepancies
- 7Evaluate risks that may impact cost or execution and prepare clear proposals and bids
